Our community is nestled around a beautiful 7-acre lake that offers recreation and spectacular views. The lake is stocked annually and maintained regularly by expert biologists. The lake is available to owners for fishing and operation of non-powered vessels between sunrise and sunset. Amenities include a paved walking path, open greenspace, and a community pool with bathhouse.
Laurel Glen HOA
The Laurel Glen homeowner’s association (LGHOA, Inc) is managed by a five-member Board of Trustees. Each trustee is a resident of the neighborhood that volunteers time to manage the affairs of the association. Lake Use Reminder
The use of the lake is restricted to Laurel Glen owners and their guests. Occasionally fellow owners will recognize that people fishing at the lake do not appear to be from our neighborhood. In that case, the Board encourages you to contact the Springboro PD non-emergency line at 937-748-0611. The police dispatcher will send an officer out to make contact with the individual and politely ask them to leave if they are not a Laurel Glen resident.
